Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once products are delivered.
Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
In case of missed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
2. Refund Policy
No General Returns
As furniture items are large and custom-handled, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by calling +971 55 405 5668.
Supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos) may be required to process your claim.
Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be made using the original payment method (CCAvenue, bank transfer, or COD refund).
Refunds will be processed within 7β14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Delivery fees, bank charges, or transaction fees are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders refunded due to product damage/defect will be refunded by bank transfer. Customers must provide valid bank details for refund processing.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at +971 55 405 5668.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
